Raritan Professional Services can expand its basic service to support more devices, port and locations for an entire data center or multiple geographically dispersed backup and remote data centers.

One-Day Training or Support Session

1. For basic user training on Raritan equipment, specify ONE unit.
2. For general training on the installation and use of Raritan equipment in a customer environment, specify TWO units (an engineer and trainer will conduct the training and installation.)
3. For general training on the use of Raritan equipment in a pre-existing customer environment, specify TWO units (a field engineer and trainer will conduct the training.)
4. For post installation onsite support, ONE unit will be charged for EACH day a field engineer is required to be onsite. Contact Raritan for an estimate.
5. For custom training on Raritan equipment, ONE unit will be charged for EACH day required to develop and deliver the training. Contact Raritan for an estimate.

Basic Centralized Infrastructure Management Service

Basic deployment and configuration of a single Raritan NOC series product at a single location including CC-NOC100, CC-NOC250, or CC-NOC2500 series. The Basic CC-NOC Deployment Service includes implementation, knowledge transfer, deployment with a customer’s IP network, and configuration for a single CC-NOC. The typical time frame associated with the Basic CC-NOC Deployment Service is no more than one day. If implementing more than one CC-NOC series product, please refer to SVS-CC-NOC-EXPANDED below.

Expanded Centralized Infrastructure Management Service

The Expanded CC NOC Deployment Service is designed for our customers deploying more than one CC NOC 100/120/2500 or CC NOC in combination with other Raritan products. The Expanded CC NOC Deployment Service is ideal for our customers integrating CC NOC with other Raritan products including Dominion, Paragon, or CommandCenter.

CommandCenter-Secure Gateway G1 Basic Upgrade Service 

Basic upgrade of a single CommandCenter-Secure Gateway G1 from firmware version 2.3 to firmware version 3.0. The basic service includes the upgrading of the CommandCenter-Secure Gateway from 2.3 to 3.x and upgrading firmware on up to ten Dominion series devices. Knowledge Transfer will be provided during the course of the basic upgrade process. All devices involved in the basic upgrade process will be tested and verified. The basic upgrade service is performed at a single location and will not exceed two days.

CommandCenter-Secure Gateway G1 Expanded Upgrade Service

The Expanded CommandCenter-Secure Gateway G1 expanded upgrade service provides for upgrading one or more CommandCenter-Secure gateways from firmware version x.x to firmware version 3.x. Additional Raritan devices included in the upgrade process include P2-SC, Paragon series, and Dominion series. The expanded upgrade service is ideal for customers with deployments involving multiple locations, the implementation of P2-SC/Paragon, and greater than 10 Dominion devices.

Basic Paragon and CommandCenter Secure Gateway Integration Service

Raritan will provide an RPS specialist to implement a basic Paragon and/or CommandCenter Secure Gateway integration solution at your location. This service includes installation, configuration, engineering, and training assistance for up to seven supported Paragon II Series devices, plus connectivity for up to 32 customer connected KVM or serially controlled devices. For IT infrastructures that exceed the requirements above, please refer to the Expanded Services section below.
